What Kollektra stores, what is optional, and how to change your mind.

Essential account storage

Browsing the catalogue, sold prices, tools and guides needs no account. If you create one, we use Supabase to hold your sign-in session and the information you choose to save: your holdings, watchlist and profile details. Your browser keeps the session in its local storage so you stay signed in. This storage is essential to provide the account you asked for, and it is not used for analytics or advertising.

We also store your cookie choice, described below, in your browser's local storage.

Optional analytics

Kollektra can use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and tools are used, so we can improve them.

Analytics runs in a basic consent mode: Google's analytics script is not requested and no analytics data is sent to Google until you choose Accept. If you reject, or have not chosen, no analytics request is made to Google. Advertising storage, advertising data sharing and ad personalisation are always denied, and Google signals are off.

When you accept, we send page views and a small set of events: searches, items and guides viewed, tool use, outbound clicks to sale listings, and account actions such as sign-up, login, and adding or removing holdings and watchlist entries. We never send your email address, your name, your account identifier, or your holdings details as event data.

Your choice and how long we remember it

The same choice applies to every visitor, wherever you are. Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days, after which we will ask again. You can change it at any time with the button below or the Cookie settings link in the page footer. Rejecting after accepting stops further analytics and removes Google Analytics cookies that this site can reach.

Google's own information

When analytics is accepted, Google processes the data it receives. Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Reference data we request

The site also requests its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives the network information needed to deliver these font files, such as your IP address. This is separate from optional Google Analytics; rejecting analytics does not stop font delivery.

The currency converter asks our service for published reference exchange rates. The request contains the currency and optional date you selected, not personal information.
